while page loads. ISPA member Dean Rickerson's Seawind, N6007, which flew for the first time on April 5, 2003 is the 58th Seawind to fly. Dean's stunning Seawind, built with the capable assistance of Graham Woodd, has a 450 HP twin turbocharged IO-540, and is the most powerful piston powered Seawind that we know of. Note the wingtips, among the many features unique to this Seawind are retractable sponsons. Photos on this page were sent in by Margaret Ibbotson, Dean Rickerson, and Graham Woodd. Thank you. Recent photo of Dean & Margaret with friends. Dean mentioned something about skis?? I guess we can imagine why he'd be interested in skis. With skis he could be landing on 'water' year-round.
